Shipping & Delivery – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most regions across India and select international destinations.
If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact our team at support@oneone11.in before placing your order.


2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details.


3. What are the estimated delivery times?

Domestic (India):

  • Metro / Same City: 1–3 business days

  • Within State / Nearby Region: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

International:

  • South Asia: 7–12 business days

  • Middle East & Europe: 10–18 business days

  • North America: 12–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days

  • Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier capacity, customs procedures, or seasonal demand.


4. Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Tracking details are provided via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


5. Are duties and import taxes included?

Yes. Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and displayed as a separate line item.
Where possible, we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping methods to ensure you don’t encounter additional charges upon delivery.


6. What if my order is delayed or lost?

Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, courier delays, or regional disruptions.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@oneone11.in.
We will coordinate with Dropdash and the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.


7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our support team immediately.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for refunds or replacements
