REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ONEONE11, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can assist you.

Eligible Returns

A return may be requested if:

- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received an incorrect product
- The product has a manufacturing defect

The product should be returned in a reasonable condition and, where applicable, with its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To submit a return request, please contact us at support@oneone11.in within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

We may request additional information or photographs where necessary to assess the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns are not accepted for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Requests submitted after the 7-day return window

Return Review & Resolution

Once we receive the required information, our team will review the return request. If the return is approved, we will provide the next steps for returning the product, where a return is required. Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may be resolved through a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For eligible COD orders approved for a refund, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days after return approval. Customers may be asked to provide accurate bank account details required to process the refund.
