1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most regions within India and select international destinations.
If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact our team at support@oneone11.in prior to placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email or SMS containing the tracking details will be sent to you.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered during special campaigns.


6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered during checkout are accurate and complete.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
