We currently ship to most regions within India and select international destinations.
If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact our team at support@oneone11.in before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent to you.

Please allow 5–7 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active, as shipments may first pass through Dropdash’s global distribution centers.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Oneone11 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Strikes, holidays, or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
