Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email or SMS after dispatch.

- Within State / Nearby Region: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India (Pan-India): 5–10 business days

International Delivery
- South Asia (Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh): 7–12 business days
- Middle East & Europe: 10–18 business days
- North America: 12–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–22 business days
- Rest of the World: 15–25 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available during special campaigns.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ONEONE11 is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
