Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that account.

Prepaid Orders

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled within the window, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • Orders already dispatched or out for delivery
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
